Most EHS job openings are not advertised on internet job boards. We offer opportunities from our currently active base of companies and candidates and those resulting from our search, matching your specific requirements.
What We Do Special for Client Companies
The hiring process is time-consuming and costly and can be devastating if a wrong decision is made, forcing the undertaking to start all over again.
Often the hiring person and HR manager have little time, resources, or limited knowledge of the type of person needed. Some job openings must be confidential and not generally made known inside the company or to the general public. This rules out advertisements. This is another reason to use a third-party, private search firm who can make discrete inquiries.
Ideally, we will provide three qualified, screened candidates ready to move from their current position into your organization. Our fee is a percentage of the annual income and is not billed until the candidate is hired, half when hired and a half after a 90-day probation period. Our goal is to work well enough for our clients that they’ll continue to come to us with additional assignments.

What We Do Special for the Job Seeker
EHS specialists who want to change jobs and advance their careers benefit in many ways by working with EHS Recruiters. If you are accepted into our program you will never pay for our services. Our client companies pay us to find candidates that meet their specifications. Our ideal candidate will hold a B.S. degree in an EHS-related field such as engineering or environmental science and have about five years experience. They also may hold a license or certification such as P.E., CSP or CHMM. After we speak, if there is mutual interest in pursuing the opportunities presented, you will need to provide appropriate references so we can introduce you to the companies. Then you will be able to talk directly to the company manager and arrange a live interview.
EHS Recruiters work for you during the business day while you continue to work at your present job without risk of being unmasked. We can provide insight into the company and job responsibilities. We can help negotiate a higher salary and provide you with information ahead of the initial phone interview so you will be better prepared. Our goal is to work so well with you that you’ll refer others to us, and perhaps call on us again when you’re ready to further advance your career.
